Defeat Is Always By Thoughts

Very often we are shaken from our beliefs not because we are weak or we are not able to handle our problems but primarily because we are not able to handle our defeat. Defeat can be anything ranging from being treated a different way, being on the receivers end, not being able to find the right gate that opens window of opportunities, being in a different state of mind etc… the list may be endless.

Finding out the best thought in life on the day or moment when you are having a bad day is one way to deal with your defeat. When you refuse to see the good things in life, you actually stop appreciating those nine things out of ten which you already have in contemplation of the tenth thing that you are expecting to happen in your life.

Defeat is more a mind game than anything else. A person who refuses to take what has happened as defeat, he would defeat his thought of defeat. Once a person has worked on his mind that defeat is all about an experience to grow with a different perspective and find new learning, it would help that person to not to give up.

There are four different ways how you can learn to mould your thought pattern and come out of the defeat pattern of your mind. Let’s look at them:

  1. Accepting that you are not capable
    Every time when you feel defeated ask yourself “Do you feel you are not capable?” You might be getting the answer yes and that is the reason you feel defeated. If that is so, work on your capabilities instead of feeling that way. When you start working on it, you will start improving on the way you feel about your capabilities.
  2. You will not get due opportunities
    Every time when you feel defeated ask yourself “Do you feel you will not get any opportunity to revive your state?” You might be getting the answer yes and that is the reason you feel defeated. If that is so, work on finding the direction of clarity as to what you need and do you trust the universe to give you the best of opportunities. When you start working on it, you will start seeing some break-through as well.
  3. There is no plan of the God for you
    Every time when you feel defeated ask yourself “Do you think the God has sent you on this earth without any plan in mind?” You might be getting the answer yes and that is the reason you feel defeated. If that is so, work on correcting your belief system within you. When you came to this world you dint have anything. You got everything as a plan of the God, then why do you feel he has not planned future for you. What you believe only you get in life. When you start working on your belief system and trust this process of life, life will unfold miraculous avenues for you and how they are coming also will not be less than a magical experience for you in life.
  4. Believing in you and being open and receptive.
    Every time when you feel defeated ask yourself “Do you find your mind open and receptive for all the abundance to come to you in life. Do you believe in abundance or scarcity?” You might be getting the answer no and that is the reason you feel defeated. If that is so, you must understand one thing that there is abundance of everything in this world. Whatever you want shall be coming to you provided you are open and receptive to it and you believe in the process of this universe which is full of abundance for every single individual. Keep re-infusing that one thought that yourself that you will get all what you want in life if you are open arms and do not need to know how it will come to you.

You owe a lot to this universe like this universe showering all the fruits of abundance on you, so always remember –
“Defeat is just the refusal to get up in life. So get up, get going and let the small things not bother you as the GOD has big plans for each one of us. Give your mind this thought as it deserves to win.”
