Second best thing that a human being learns after birth having a priceless worth is “LAUGHTER”. Every one of us has experienced this expression and the inner feeling which is associated along with it. Unlike other expressions, a person can laugh when he is happy or even when he is stressed and that is why this expression is more prone to easy use.
Laughter can be associated with lots of feelings but the one which gives the best living experience is the pure joy filled laughter. This kind of laughter not only enables each and every cell of our body to realize the value of being happy and contented but it also improves the immunity and healing qualities of body. Why is it important to make the cells of our body realize that they are happy and contented?
There are about 100 trillion cells in our body. Every cell of our body is made up of intelligence to understand and replicate what we say and do. So when we laugh heartily, we actually are telling them that we are happy. These properties of happiness enable the cells to work happily within; whether it is healing or repairing or restoring needs of our bodies. When we laugh we actually stretch muscles throughout our face and body, our pulse goes up, and we breathe faster, sending more oxygen to our tissues, telling our each and every cell that “Wow! I love my existence on this planet.”
Life unfolds so much to us that we forget to invite this expression always because a heartfelt and heart full laughter everyday is becoming a rare commodity in our busy lives.

It is a good idea to laugh with full vigor at least 5 times a day to invite healing qualities of laughter in your life.
With its power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting your healing, both physically and emotionally.
So it’s time to open our eyes to this fact and be more spontaneous, leave all inhibitions and make laughter an everyday way of living and healing and bring our bit of happiness to this healing process. Let us bring our senses together to laugh out loud on our own selves along with the funny things around, regardless of mind blocks, to have a healing experience of happiness drive!
