Switch On Your Auto Correction Mode

by | Jun 3, 2018 | Corporate Grooming, Mentorship

There’s a saying: “Seeing is believing.”
I say: “Believing is seeing it in your life.”
What we see we tend to believe is what makes a strong saying. But I urge you to challenge your thinking and believe in something which you want to see in your life.

Why do I say so?
Well, it is a renowned fact that every invention was a belief at one point in time and then it turned to a revolution. No one had ever imagined that a cell phone could bring such a revolution that a person with the lowest income could afford a phone-call it without much effort. It was never thought that life could be so connected to the whole world within seconds without much effort. It was a dream to reach destinations in lesser time. The moment we think of all these revolutions, evolutions, inventions one thing becomes sure that all of these have happened in this world due to the conviction of the people to achieve something different. They have gone by their instinct and preserved their belief that they will do that ‘different some day and that’s the reason they are there.

Every such person who has believed to achieve only could achieve and reach to the top. Without such a strong belief system you can’t aim to achieve it. Also, one effective belief can join ample things on support system around him and which in turn increases the force of that belief and the drive to achieve becomes stronger in every way.

Once the belief is strong it is in the interest of the person to switch on his “Auto Correction Mode”.

What is “Auto Correction Mode”?
When a person becomes so focused that he can see only his goal and all his efforts are determined to be in the direction of achieving his goal, he will have to start looking at “Keep Moving Approach” by being unaffected by the small hurdles or small stall rounds in the whole process of achieving them. Even if something has happened as a big mistake or a blunder the only way to handle it, is to see, learn, correct and move forward to the next step.

Everything is a process of learning and so as soon as you understand and accept it your approach to it changes. You learn the corrections to be made in the journey and move forward.

Analyzing too much as to why it happened, most of the times doesn’t make sense because the situations are never the same and every moment the facts and figures change in this volatile world so why waste so much energy and time in analyzing them? See what could be corrected and move on without beating around the bush so much. By this a lot of energy and time also could be saved.

  • An “Auto Correction Mode” not only gives us an opportunity to understand ourselves but it makes us open and receptive to learn from others and accept others as they are.
  • It makes the whole process of moving towards your goals, lighter.
  • It enables to maintain the drive till the end.
  • It opens the mind to new perspectives.
  • It provides new horizons to new beginnings.
  • It encompasses your will to be focused on what you need to do next without losing on time and spirit to continue your journey with same state of mind.

In any case learning without inhibition is an art and earlier you learn this art the more effortless will be your journey because-

“Correcting yourself is all about opening your mind to new vistas of improvement and growth to finally reach your goals….

So are you ready to switch your “Auto Correction Mode” on….?”
